瓷贴面口腔美容修复方案应用于牙齿修复治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨瓷贴面口腔美容修复方案对牙齿修复治疗患者牙周健康的影响。方法 随机选取2019年1月—2021年1月深圳市人民医院收治的60例患者并随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组实施全瓷冠牙体修复,观察组实施瓷贴面牙体修复,比较两组修复效果、牙周健康及并发症发生情况。结果 修复后半年,观察组美国公共健康协会(USPHS)各方面评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙周袋深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、附着丧失(AL)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(6.66%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论瓷贴面口腔修复可减轻牙齿修复治疗患者牙龈出血、附着丧失及牙周袋加深的情况,维护牙周健康,修复效果好,且治疗后并发症较少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of porcelain veneer dental cosmetic repair on periodontal health of pa⁃tients with dental prosthesis.Methods 60 patients admitted to Shenzhen People's Hospital from January 2019 to Janu⁃ary 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group.The control group underwent all-porcelain crown restoration,and the observation group underwent porce⁃lain veneer restoration.The repair effect,periodontal health and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The each scores and total scores of American States Public Health Association(USPHS)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).periodontal pocket depth(PD),The sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and attachment loss(AL)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(6.66%)was lower than that of control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Porcelain veneer dental cosmetic repair can alleviate gingival bleeding,attachment loss and periodontal pocket deepening in patients treated with dental repair,and maintain periodontal health.The re⁃pair effect is good,and the complications after treatment are less,and the safety is high.
