摘 要:目的 分析白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效及对患儿总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平影响。方法 随机选取南京市妇幼保健院2019年1月—2021年12月期间收治的黄疸患儿60例,对其进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组30例和研究组30例。对照组给予益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗,研究组给予白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗,对两组患儿临床疗效及TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、ALT、AST水平变化和黄疸消退时间、住院时间进行比较。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、ALT、AST水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组黄疸消退时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿黄疸应用白蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗有助于降低患儿TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平、加快黄疸消退,效果确切。Objective To analyze the curative effect of albumin combined with blue light irradiation on neonatal jaun⁃dice and its influence on the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL).Methods Random selection 60 children with jaundice admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with probiotics combined with blue light irradiation,and the study group was treated with albumin combined with blue light irradiation.Clinical efficacy,changes in TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,ALT,AST,jaundice resolution time and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,DBIL,IBIL,ALT and AST in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of jaundice remission and hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neonatal jaundice with albumin combined with blue light irradiation is helpful to reduce the levels of TBIL,DBIL and IBIL and accelerate the regression of jaundice,and the effect is exact.
