氟喹诺酮类药物在复治肺结核病治疗中的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 探讨将氟喹诺酮类药物用于复治肺结核治疗中的价值。方法 随机选取2018年6月—2021年6月期间连云港市第四人民医院结核科接诊的60例复治肺结核患者,以随机抽样的模式分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采取常规药物加左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗组采取常规药物加莫西沙星治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率90.00%显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率仅为10.00%,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组炎症因子和肺功能指标的改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将莫西沙星用于复治肺结核的治疗效果明显,可促进病灶吸收,更利于患者康复,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the value of fluoroquinolones in the treatment of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with retreated pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to the Department of pulmo⁃nary TB,the Fourth People's Hospital of Lianyungang from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly selected and di⁃vided into treatment and control groups by the mode of random sampling,with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional drugs plus levofloxacin,while the treatment group was treated with conventional drugs plus moxifloxacin.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 90.00%in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was only 10.00%,sig⁃nificantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factors and lung function indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxifloxacin has obvious therapeu⁃tic effect in the retreatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,which can promote the absorption of lesions and is more condu⁃cive to the rehabilitation of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
