浅针结合雷火灸治疗眼轮匝肌痉挛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析浅针结合雷火灸治疗眼轮匝肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法 回顾性选取2019年6月—2020年12月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的64例眼轮匝肌痉挛患者的临床资料,按照不同干预方法分为两组,对照组(30例)接受卡马西平口服治疗,治疗组(34例)接受浅针结合雷火灸治疗,对比两组临床疗效、BSDI评分、Jankcovvic量表评分、复发情况。结果 治疗组的总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.513,P=0.011)。治疗后,两组的Jankcovvic量表、BSDI评分显著低于治疗前,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组的复发率明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对眼轮匝肌痉挛患者进行治疗时,采用浅针结合雷火灸治疗能取得显著疗效,复发率低。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of shallow acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of orbicularis oculi spasm.Methods Retrospective selection of clinical data of 64 patients with orbicu⁃laris oculi spasm and were admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chi⁃nese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020.Patients were divided into two groups according to different inter⁃vention method,they were divided into two groups,with the control group(30 cases)receiving oral carbamazepine and the treatment group(34 cases)receiving shallow acupuncture combined with thunderbolt moxibustion.The clinical ef⁃ficacy,BSDI score,Jankcovvic scale score,and recurrence were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treat⁃ment group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.00%,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(χ^(2)=6.513,P=0.011).After treatment,the Jankcovvic scale and BSDI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the treat⁃ment group was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with orbicularis oculi spasm,the use of superficial acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion can achieve significant efficacy and low recurrence rate.
