毫火针联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗中重度囊肿性痤疮的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨中重度囊肿性痤疮患者采用毫火针联合异维A酸软胶囊方案进行治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月—2021年12月常熟市第五人民医院收治的70例中重度囊肿性痤疮患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(35例,异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏治疗)和治疗组(35例,异维A酸软胶囊+甲硝唑软膏+毫火针治疗)。对比两组临床效果。结果 治疗组治疗有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(68.57%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05)。治疗组症状消失时间、皮肤外观复常时间、治疗后Gags评分为(10.37±1.59)d、(19.26±2.57)d、(12.62±3.20)分,均优于对照组的(16.93±2.74)d、(22.83±3.10)d、(19.78±4.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.251、5.245、7.844,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用毫火针联合异维A酸软胶囊治疗中重度囊肿性痤疮,可协助提升疗效,改善患者皮损积分及生活质量,无明显不良反应,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treating acne patients with moderate and severe cystic acne by using filiform fire needle combined with isotretinoin soft capsule.Methods 70 patients with moderate and severe cystic acne admitted to Changshu Fifth People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the control group(35 cases,treated with isotretinoic acid soft capsule+metronidazole ointment)and the treatment group(35 cases,treated with isotretinoic acid soft capsule+metronidazole ointment+millifire needle).Compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group(91.43%)was higher than that of the control group(68.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).In the treatment group,time of symptom disappearance,skin appearance recovered,Gags score after treatment were(10.37±1.59)d,(19.26±2.57)d,(12.62±3.20)points were better than(16.93±2.74)d,(22.83±3.10)d and(19.78±4.35)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.251,5.245,7.844,P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statisti⁃cally significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of moderate and severe cystic acne with filiform fire needle combined with isotreti⁃noin soft capsule can help improve the curative effect,improve the skin score and quality of life of patients,without obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable vious adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
