摘 要:为解决长距离水平定向钻进过程中,钻杆螺纹接头部分易断裂失效,严重影响水平定向钻机钻进施工的问题,采用数值模拟的方法,建立水平定向钻进钻杆螺纹接头的二维数值仿真模型,揭示钻杆螺纹接头在上扣作用下的受力特征,分析不同拉力和压力作用下钻杆螺纹接头抗拉和抗压性能。最后,基于正交试验优化方法,对锥度、螺距、牙高、承载面角度和导向面角度等钻杆螺纹接头关键结构参数进行优化。研究结果表明,当钻杆接头螺纹参数组合为:锥度1∶16,螺距6.25 mm,牙高3.195 mm,承载面角度28°,导向面角度32°时,钻杆承载性能最佳;与优化前的钻杆螺纹接头相比,采用最优配置参数的钻杆螺纹接头抗拉性能提高了9.8%,抗压性能提高了15.2%。The thread joint of drill pipe is prone to fracture failure during long-distance horizontal directional drilling,which seriously affects its drilling performance.A two-dimensional numerical simulation model of thread drill pipe joint of horizontal directional drilling rig is established to study the stress characteristics,tensile and compressive properties of drill pipe joint under the action of screwing-up.Then,based on orthogonal experimental optimization method,the key structural parameters of thread drill pipe joint are optimized.The optimized parameters of drill pipe joint thread are:taper 1:16,pitch 6.25 mm,tooth height 3.195 mm,the bearing surface angle 28°,and the guide surface angle 32°.By comparing the tensile and compressive properties of the optimized drill pipe joint with those before optimization,it is found that the tensile property and compressive property of the optimized thread joint are improved by 9.8%and 15.2%,respectively.
