基 金:内蒙古公路隧道排水与消防系统防冻关键技术研究(NJ-2019-09)。
摘 要:为分析隧道消防管道温度场的影响因素,探索一种节能、高效的保温措施,以金盆湾隧道为工程背景展开研究。首先,采用理论计算与三维数值模拟仿真相结合的方式,对比分析电伴热系统及微压循环定点加热系统的消防管道保温特点。然后,通过消防管道在稳态传热情况下的理论计算,分析能量消耗的影响因素和大致范围。最后,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent模拟计算了隧道内消防水管在突遇寒流后几天内的非稳态温度场。研究结果表明:1)电伴热系统与微压循环定点供热系统所需的能耗基本相同;2)外界冷空气通过消防水管管廊盖板之间的缝隙侵入消防管廊,降低了消防水管附近的温度,增加了散热损失,因此有必要减少消防管廊盖板之间的缝隙;3)理论计算能够快速简单地得到辅助加热所需的功率,而数值模拟仿真计算能够考虑非稳态传热过程及更多结构细节引起的辅助加热功率变化。In order to study the influencing factors of temperature field of tunnel fire pipeline and explore a kind of thermal insulation measure in consideration of both energy-saving and efficient,the study is carried out by taking Jinpenwan tunnel as engineering background.First,the heat preservation characteristics of fire pipelines in electric tracing system and fixed point heating system with micro-pressure circulation are compared and analyzed by combining theoretical calculation and 3D numerical simulation.Then,through theoretical calculation of fire pipelines under steady heat transfer,the two insulation modes are established to analyze the influencing factors of energy consumption.Last,the unsteady temperature field of fire pipelines in tunnel is simulated by Fluent.The results show that:(1)The required energy consumption of electric heat tracing system and micro-pressure cycle fixed-point heating system are approximately the same.(2)Outside cold air enters the fire pipe gallery through the gap between cover plates,causing the temperature near the fire water pipe reduce and the heat loss increase.So it is necessary to reduce the gap between the cover plates of the fire pipe gallery.(3)Theoretical calculations can quickly and simply obtain the power required for auxiliary heating,and numerical simulation can take into account the variation of auxiliary heating power and more structural details during unsteady heat transfer process.
