摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在改进中药配方颗粒剂调剂质量中的效果。方法采用广东药科大学附属第一医院2021年6月~12月的中药配方颗粒处方33501张作为对照组;2022年1月开始实施PDCA管理,随机抽取2022年1月~7月中药配方颗粒处方14234张作为观察组。通过对比PDCA实施前后影响中药配方颗粒剂调剂质量的因素,评估PDCA循环在改进中药配方颗粒剂质量中的效果。结果观察组在装量差异、贴错标签、忘放药盒、调剂差错、加药差错及机器故障发生等方面均有所减少,调剂质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);平均调剂时间低于对照组(P<0.05),盘点差异低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环模式能够显著提高中药配方颗粒剂调剂质量管理水平,并且有效降低中药配方颗粒调剂差错发生率,缩短调剂时间,显著提高工作效率,有效降低盘点差异,保证患者用药的安全性和有效性。Objective To explore the effect of dispensing quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula granules in PDCA cycle management.Methods A total of 33,501 prescriptions of TCM formula granules from the first affiliated hospital of Guangdong pharmaceutical university from June to December 2021 were used as the control group.PDCA management was implemented in January 2022.A total of 14,234 prescriptions of TCM formula granules from January to July 2022 were used as the observation group.The affecting factors of dispensing quality of TCM granule were compared before and after PDCA management.This factors were used to evaluate the effect of PDCA management in improving the dispensing quality of TCM granule.Results The differences in loading quantity,mislabeling,forgetting to put the medicine box,dispensing errors,dosing errors and machine failures were all reduced.The dispensing quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average dispensing time was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The differences of inventory were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA management can significantly improve the dispensing quality of TCM formula granules.It can effectively reduce the dispensing error rate and shorten the adjustment time.Work efficiency has been greatly improved.The safety and efficacy of medication for patients are guaranteed.
