摘　　要：目的探讨万古霉素致药物热及退热延迟的临床特点及与感染鉴别诊断。方法临床药师参与1例万古霉素药物热的诊治过程,分析万古霉素药物热的临床特点、诊断依据和鉴别诊断、退热特点及处置措施。结果及时识别并成功处置了万古霉素药物热及退热延迟,避免了不必要的抗菌药物的使用及住院费用增长。结论熟悉药物热的特点、处置及转归是临床药师参与临床药物治疗相关工作的基础。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,differential diagnosis from infection and delayed defervescence of drug fever caused by vancomycin.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis and treatment of one case of vancomycin drug fever,and analyzed the clinical characteristics,diagnostic basis,differential diagnosis,antipyretic characteristics and treatment measures of vancomycin drug fever.Results Timely identification and successful treatment of vancomycin drug fever and delayed defervescence can avoide unnecessary using antibiotics and increasing in hospitalization costs.Conclusion Familiarity with the characteristics,treatment and outcome of drug fever is the basis for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug treatment related work.
