消银胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病对PASI及DLQI评分的改善研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消银胶囊联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病患者的效果及对其PASI及DLQI评分的改善情况。方法选取2020年4月~2022年4月收治的80例银屑病患者按随机数字表分为两组,给予对照组(40例)患者阿维A胶囊治疗,给予观察组(40例)患者阿维A胶囊+消银胶囊治疗,观察两组患者PASI评分、生活质量、免疫功能以及炎性因子水平等指标水平变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组PASI与DLQI评分较对照组更佳(P<0.05);观察组患者免疫功能水平均较对照组更优(P<0.05);两组患者IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4及IL-10等水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病患者临床治疗中给予阿维A胶囊+消银胶囊联合方案,可有效提升其免疫功能,缓解其炎症反应,提高患者生活质量水平,获得显著的治疗有效性。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiaoyin Capsule and Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and the improvement of PASI and DLQI scores.Methods 80 patients with psoriasis from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated with Acitretin Capsules.The observation group(40 cases)was treated with Acitretin Capsules and Xiaoyin Capsule.The changes of PASI score,quality of life,immune function and inflammatory factors were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of PASI and DLQI in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the level of immune function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acitretin capsule and Xiaoyin Capsule in the clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can effectively improve the immune function,relieve the inflammatory reaction,improve the quality of life of the patients。
