摘 要:缺血性脑卒中患者的早诊断无疑对于及时治疗后神经功能的恢复十分重要,而磁共振成像是早诊断的重要技术之一,近年来该技术的临床应用非常迅速而广泛,因此需要及时了解磁共振成像技术在缺血性脑卒中中的诊断进展。本文就磁共振成像的常规M R I序列、磁共振灌注加权成像技术、磁共振磁敏感成像技术、磁共振血管成像技术、磁共振弥散张量成像技术、磁共振弥散加权成像技术及磁共振高分辨率血管壁成像技术等在缺血性脑卒中诊断中的前沿研究成果与新进展做一综述。There is no doubt that the early diagnosis of ischemic stroke patients is very important for the recovery of neurological function after timely treatment,and magnetic resonance imaging is one of the important techniques for early diagnosis,in recent years,the clinical application of this technique is very rapid and widespread,therefore it is necessary to know the research advance of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of ischemic stroke.In the diagnosis of ischemic stroke,this paper reviewed the frontier research achievements and new advance,such as the conventional MRI sequence,perfusion weighted imaging,susceptibility weighted imaging,magnetic resonance angiography,diffusion tensor imaging,diffusion weighted imaging and high-resolution magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging.
