生化检验对糖尿病患者临床诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨血液生化检验在诊断糖尿病疾病中的诊断价值。方法 将福建省龙岩市第二医院收治的76例确诊糖尿病患者纳入2021年7月—2022年7月的研究中为疾病组,同期选取24名健康体检人群为对照组,均进行血液生化检验,比较生化检验指标在糖尿病人群中的诊断效能。结果 疾病组患者FBG、2 hPG、TG指标水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液生化检验的灵敏度为97.37%(74/76),特异度为95.83%(23/24),准确度为97.00%(97/100),阳性预测值为98.67%(74/75),阴性预测值为92.00%(23/25),与临床诊断结果的一致性极好(kappa=0.919)。结论 血液生化检验在诊断糖尿病疾病中具有较高的诊断价值,可为临床治疗糖尿病提供准确有效参考依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of blood biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods 76 patients diagnosed with diabetes admitted to Longyan Second Hospital,Fujian Province were included in the study from July 2021 to July 2022 as the disease group,and 24 healthy people were selected as the control group during the same period.Blood biochemical tests were performed to compare the diagnostic efficacy of biochemical tests in diabe⁃tes patients.Results The levels of FBG,2 hPG and TG in disease group were higher than those in healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of blood biochemical test were 97.37%(74/76),95.83%(23/24),97.00%(97/100),98.67%(74/75)positive predictive value and 92.00%(23/25)negative predictive value.The agreement with clinical diagnosis was excellent(kappa=0.919).Conclusion Blood biochemical test has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of diabetes and can provide accurate and effective refer⁃ence for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
