阿卡波糖联合双歧四联活菌片治疗糖尿病肠道病变的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿卡波糖联合双歧四联活菌片治疗糖尿病肠道病变的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年5月泉州市德化县医院收治的76例糖尿病肠道病变患者,以随机数表法分组,常规组(38例)给予二甲双胍联合采联合双歧四联活菌片治疗,联用组(38例)给予阿卡波糖联合双歧四联活菌片治疗,比较两组血糖指标、疗效、胃功能指标及肠道菌群。结果 联用组用药后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组总有效率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组用药后胃泌素(GAS)及胃动素(MOT)水平明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联用组用药后乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量显著高于常规组,其粪肠球菌及大肠杆菌数量均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿卡波糖联合双歧四联活菌片用药方案用于临床糖尿病肠道病变治疗中具有确切疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acarbose combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets in the treatment of diabetic intestinal lesions.Methods A total of 76 patients with diabetic intestinal diseases admit⁃ted to Dehua County Hospital of Quanzhou City from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The conventional group(38 cases)was treated with metformin combined with extraction and bifi⁃dobacterium tetravaccine tablets,while the combined group(38 cases)was treated with acarbose combined with bifido⁃bacterium tetravaccine tablets.Blood glucose index,therapeutic effect,gastric function index and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and gly⁃cosylated hemoglobin in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statis⁃tically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of conven⁃tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)in combined group were significantly higher than those in conventional group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The number of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in combined group was significantly higher than that in conventional group,while the number of enterococcus faecalis and escherichia coli in combined group was lower than that in conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets has a definite effect in the treatment of diabetic intestinal lesions.
