摘 要:目的 探讨对1型糖尿病患儿给予早期健康教育以及营养干预后对其家属知识掌握情况以及自我管理能力产生的影响。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年8月莆田市妇幼保健院收治的83例1型糖尿病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为参照组(41例,接受常规干预),研究组(42例,接受早期健康教育干预+营养干预)。比较两组不同时间段家属知识掌握评分、自我管理能力评分。结果 经干预后,研究组食物血糖生成指数(17.29±1.22)分、糖尿病基本知识(16.26±2.13)分以及碳水化合物计算法(17.39±1.28)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组健康饮食(89.29±5.29)分、遵医嘱用药(89.66±4.29)分以及血糖定期检测评分(89.71±5.12)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 早期健康教育干预+营养干预较常规干预的效果更优,可显著提高患儿家属知识掌握程度以及自我管理能力,促进患儿预后。Objective To investigate the effects of early health education and nutritional intervention on the family knowledge and self-management ability of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 83 children with type 1 diabetes who were admitted to Putian maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to August 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into reference group(n=41,receiving routine intervention),study group(n=42,receiving early health education intervention+nutrition intervention)using random number table.Family knowledge mastery scores and self-management ability scores were compared between the two groups at different time periods.Results After the intervention,the scores of food glucose production index(17.29±1.22)points,basic knowledge of diabetes(16.26±2.13)points and carbohydrate calculation(17.39±1.28)points were higher in the study group than in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of healthy diet(89.29±5.29)points,medication compliance(89.66±4.29)points and regular blood glucose testing scores(89.71±5.12)points were higher in the study group than in the reference group,the difference statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early health education intervention+nutritional intervention was more effective than conventional inter⁃vention,which significantly improved the knowledge and self-management ability of the child's family and promoted the child's prognosis.
