和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究分析非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变应用和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙方式治疗的临床功效及应用价值。方法 选取2019年3月—2022年3月就诊于福建省宁德市蕉城区医院的非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者66例为研究对象,采用奇偶数分为两组,对照组33例采用给药羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组采用33例用药和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗,功效分析。结果 治疗后,观察组各项眼部相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照最,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变,以和血明目片、羟苯磺酸钙联合用药可见显著疗效,行治疗后有助于提高患者视力,促进其黄斑厚度改善,有良好用药效果。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy treated by combining Hexue Mingmu tablets with calcium dobesilate.Methods 66 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy admitted to Jiaocheng District Hospital,Ningde City,Fujian Province from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by odd-even number.33 pa⁃tients in the control group were treated with calcium oxybenzenesulfate,and 33 patients in the observation group were treated with calcium oxybenzenesulfate combined with medicine and Xuemingmu tablets.Results After treatment,all eye related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,blood glucose indexes of observation group were lower than control group,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic reti⁃nopathy,the combination of Hexue Mingmu tablets and calcium dobesilate showed significant efficacy,and the treat⁃ment helped improve the patients'visual acuity and macular thickness,which had good effect.
