摘　　要：目的:总结小儿慢性咳嗽的常用推拿选穴规律。方法:选取2021年2月1日—2022年2月1日就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院门诊的128例慢性咳嗽患儿为研究对象,基于成都中医药大学附属医院门诊电子病例系统,收集峨眉伤科流派传承人开具的推拿处方,运用频次统计、聚类分析、Apriori关联分析等方法分析小儿慢性咳嗽的选穴特征和规律。结果:小儿慢性咳嗽中湿热咳嗽64例(50.00%),痰湿咳嗽30例(23.44%),阴虚咳嗽20例(15.63%)和气虚咳嗽14例(10.94%)。128个推拿处方涉及7个复式操作手法,应用总频次96次;44个特定穴,应用总频次为1361次。结论:小儿慢性咳嗽证型以湿热、痰湿为主,峨眉伤科流派治疗以小儿推拿特定穴为主,复式操作手法为辅,核心选穴为内八卦、脊、大肠经等。Objective:To summarize regularity of acupoint selection in massage for children with chronic cough.Methods:128 children with chronic cough treated in the outpatient department of Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from February 1,2021 to February 1,2022 were selected as research subjects.Massage prescriptions issued by inheritors of Emei Traumatology School were collected by outpatient electronic medical record system of Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM.And the characteristics and rules of acupoint selection of children with chronic cough were analyzed by frequency statistics,cluster analysis,Apriori correlation analysis and so on.Results:Among children with chronic cough,64 cases(50.00%)were damp-heat cough,30 cases(23.44%)were phlegm⁃dampness cough,20 cases(15.63%)were yin deficiency cough and 14 cases(10.94%)were qi deficiency cough.128 massage prescriptions involved 7 complex manipulations,with a total frequency of 96 times.There were 44 children massage points,with a total frequency of 1361 times.Conclusions:The syndrome types of chronic cough in children are mainly damp⁃heat and phlegm-dampness.The treatment of Emei Traumatology School is mainly based on the specific points of in massage for children,supplemented by multiple manipulation,and the core points are Neibagua,Ji,large intestine meridian,and so on.
