摘　　要：以提升精神分裂症病人精神健康水平为目标,从攻击行为评估方法及影响因素方面进行综述,以期为精神卫生领域及相关部门制定精神分裂症攻击行为风险管理政策提供理论支撑和决策依据。目前研究存在攻击行为早期预测不足、预测指标较单一等问题。未来研究应综合考虑多种手段,对精神分裂症病人进行攻击行为风险预测和精准管理,降低精神分裂症病人攻击行为发生率及疾病复发风险,改善精神分裂症病人预后。In order to improve the mental health level of patients with schizophrenia,this paper summarizes the evaluation methods and influencing factors of aggressive behavior,in order to provide theoretical support and decision-making basis for the mental health field and related departments to formulate aggressive behavior risk management policies for schizophrenia.At present,there are some problems such as insufficient early prediction of aggressive behavior and single prediction index.Future studies should comprehensively consider various means to predict and accurately manage the risk of aggressive behavior in schizophrenia patients,reduce the incidence of aggressive behavior and the risk of disease recurrence in schizophrenia patients,and improve the prognosis of schizophrenia patients.
