摘　　要：目的对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)的临床治疗进行研究。方法回顾性分析2012年6月—2017年7月天水市第一人民医院收治的178例成人ITP患者临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为单用皮质激素组(61例)、皮质激素联合丙种球蛋组(63例)、皮质激素联合免疫抑制剂组(54例),对比3组患者的治疗效果、预后情况。结果皮质激素联合丙种球蛋组的住院时间短于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(F=3.759,P<0.05);皮质激素联合丙种球蛋组治疗总有效率为82.54%、预后评分(6.89±2.43)分,明显优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.703;F=6.697,P<0.05)。结论ITP患者采取皮质激素联合丙种球蛋治疗方法的有效率及预后满意,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(idiopathic thrombocyto⁃penic purpura,ITP).Methods Retrospective analysis of 178 clinical data of adult ITP patients admitted to Tianshui First People's Hospital from June 2012 to July 2017,according to the treatment methods,divided into single corticoid group(61 cases),corticoid combined with C ball egg group(63 cases)and corticoid combined with immunosuppressor group(54 cases),compared the treatment effect and prognosis of patients in the 3 groups.Results The length of hospi⁃talization in the group was shorter than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(F=3.759,P<0.05);the total response rate of the group was 82.54%and the prognosis score(6.89±2.43)points,which was signifi⁃cantly better than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.703;F=6.697,P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The effective rate and prognosis of patients with ITP are worth promotion.
