摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术前2 h口服复方碳水化合物饮品对患者术后胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月于张家港市第一人民医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取常规禁饮禁食,观察组在对照组基础上于术前2 h口服复方碳水化合物饮品。比较两组不良反应发生情况、术前6 h和术后6 h血清胃泌素、胃动素水平。结果观察组不良反应总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。观察组术后6 h胃泌素、胃动素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.813、4.960,P<0.05)。结论术前2 h口服复方碳水化合物饮品能够减少妇科腹腔镜手术患者不良反应的发生,促进患者术后胃肠功能早日恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of compound carbohydrate drink 2 hours before gynecological laparoscopic operation on postoperative gastrointestinal function.Methods 60 gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected,and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases each.The control group was given routine abstinence from drinking and fasting,and the observation group was given oral compound carbohydrate drink 2 hours before surgery on the basis of the control group.The incidence of ad⁃verse reactions,serum gastrin and motilin levels 6 h before and 6 h after surgery were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).The levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 6 h after operation,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(t=5.813,4.960,P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of compound carbohydrate drinks 2 h before surgery can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery.
