2型糖尿病并发冠心病的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)并发冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的影响因素。方法选取2020年6月—2021年5月上海交通大学医学院附属苏州九龙医院收治的2型糖尿病患者30例作为A组,同期将本院收治的2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者32例作为B组。收集患者临床指标及生化指标,从而分析2型糖尿病并发冠心病的影响因素。结果单因素结果分析显示,B组hs-CRP(5.24±2.61)mg/L、HbA1c(8.46±2.16)%、Lp-PLA2(652.14±100.25)U/L均高于A组(1.51±0.69)mg/L、(6.17±0.18)%、(521.21±120.21)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,hs-CRP、HbA1c、Lp-PLA2均为2型糖尿病伴发冠心病的危险因素(OR=5.838、1.014、5.766,P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP、HbA1c、Lp-PLA2均为2型糖尿病伴发冠心病的危险因素。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of Type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Methods 30 patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Suzhou Kowloon Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao⁃tong University School of Medicine from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the group A,and 32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease in our hospital during the sama porid were selected as the group B.Clinical and biochemical indicators of patients were collected to analyze the influencing factors of type 2 dia⁃betes complicated with coronary heart disease.Results Univariate analysis showed that,the Hs-CRP(5.24±2.61)mg/L,HbA1c(8.46±2.16)%and Lp-PLA2(652.14±100.25)U/L in group B were higher than those in group A(1.51±0.69)mg/L,(6.17±0.18)%,and(521.21±120.21)U/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that hs-CRP,HbA1c and Lp-PLA2 were all risk factors for type 2 diabetes with coro⁃nary heart disease,the difference was statistically significant(OR=5.838,1.014,5.766,P<0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP,HbA1c and Lp-PLA2 are all risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.
