碳生产率时空演化格局及驱动因素研究--基于长三角地区的空间计量分析

摘　　要：基于2004-2018年长三角城市群41个城市的面板数据,以ESDA方法分析长三角地区碳生产率的空间结构与集聚特征,建立SDM模型探究长三角地区碳生产率的驱动因素。结果表明:(1)长三角城市群碳生产率存在明显的空间集聚现象,集聚结构长期保持稳定。(2)经济发展水平、环境规制不仅促进了本地碳生产率增长,还间接提高了周边城市的碳生产率;产业结构则在阻碍本地碳生产率增长的同时抑制了周边城市碳生产率的提高。(3)碳生产率与经济增长存在正“U”型的曲线关系,当前所有城市均已跨过曲线拐点,表明低碳经济已成为长三角城市群经济增长的新动力。Based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2004 to 2018,the ESDA method was used to analyze the spatial structure and agglomeration characteristics of carbon productivity in the Yangtze River Delta region,and the SDM model was established to explore the driving factors of carbon productivity in the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that:(1)There is an obvious spatial agglomeration of carbon productivity in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and the agglomeration structure remains stable for a long time.(2)The level of economic development and environmental regulation not only promote the growth of local carbon productivity,but also promote the growth of carbon productivity in surrounding cities;the industrial structure inhibits the growth of carbon productivity in surrounding cities while inhibiting the growth of local carbon productivity.(3)There is a positive“U”-shaped environmental curve between carbon productivity and economic growth.Currently,all cities have crossed the inflection point of the curve,indicating that low-carbon economy has become a new driving force for economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.
