摘  要:含油污泥中一般含有一定量有毒重金属如Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb等,使处理后污泥的再利用受到了一定限制,如何去除含油污泥中重金属是含油污泥无害化处理技术领域关注的重点问题之一。目前,针对含油污泥中重金属的去除技术尚处在起步阶段。本文综述了污泥中重金属的赋存形态以及重金属的去除方法,利用Tessier法和BCR提取法分析污泥中重金属的赋存形态,介绍了螯合法、化学洗涤法、电动修复技术和生物浸出技术去除污泥中重金属的方法,提出了有效去除含油污泥中重金属方法未来的发展趋势,以期为未来含油污泥中重金属的去除方向提供参考与新思路。Oily sludge generally contains a certain amount of toxic heavy metals such as Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,etc.,which restricts the reuse of sludge after treatment.How to remove heavy metals from oily sludge is one of the key problems in the field of harmless treatment technology of oily sludge.At present,the technology for the removal of heavy metals from oily sludge is still in its infancy.The speciation and removal methods of heavy metals in sludge were reviewed in this paper.The occurrence forms of heavy metals in sludge are analyzed by Tessier method and BCR extraction method.The methods of removing heavy metals from sludge by chelation,chemical hot washing,electric restoration technology and biological leaching technology were introduced,and the development trend of effective methods for removing heavy metals in oily sludge in the future was put forward.In order to provide reference and new ideas for the removal of heavy metals in oily sludge in the future.
