摘 要:针对固井水泥环易受损产生裂缝问题,应用固井自愈合水泥技术可显著改善水泥环易脆性并提高其长效密封性,对保证井筒完整性具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来国内外固井自愈合水泥技术研究进展,跟踪调研了自愈合水泥技术的最新研究成果及其应用现状。根据自愈合材料与愈合作用机理的不同,自愈合水泥技术可分为原生自主性自愈合、外界刺激响应性自愈合、微胶囊/纤维破裂充填自愈合和微生物代谢产物自愈合。同时指出了应用该技术对固井水泥环长期工作可靠性具有重要作用价值,并对自愈合水泥技术的发展前景进行了展望,以期促进该技术的发展。In view of the problem of easy damage to the cement ring and causing cracks,the application of cementing self-healing cement technology can significantly improve the brittleness of the cement ring and improve its long-term sealing,which is of great significance to ensure the integrity of the oil well cement.This article summarizes the relevant progress in the research of self-healing cement technology in recent years,and summarizes the research results and application of the technology.According to the different self-healing materials and healing mechanisms,it can be divided into autonomous self-healing,stimulus-responsive self-healing,microcapsule/fiber self-healing and microbial self-healing.The application of this technology has an important role in the long-term reliability of the cement ring,and looking forward to the development prospects of the technology in order to promoting the development of the technology.
