摘 要:为解决笼统注汽时水平段油藏动用不均的矛盾,对水平井分段优化注汽理论进行了研究,基于井筒传热模型,建立了考虑油层厚度、孔隙度、渗透率等地层非均质物性参数的注汽模型,编制了包含水平段注汽优化设计的井筒热力参数计算软件,对海上油田注汽井A井水平段分段数、配注孔孔径和数量进行优化计算,设计注汽管柱并应用于该井注汽作业。光纤测试结果表明,S型配注阀设计比较合理,水平段动用程度相对均匀,验证了该方法可靠,为注汽效果评价、工艺措施优化提供指导和依据。下步将进一步调整配注方案,保证水平段吸汽更均衡。In order to solve the contradiction of uneven production of reservoirs in horizontal section during general steam injection,the theory of segmented optimal gas injection in horizontal wells is studied.Based on the wellbore heat transfer model,a steam injection model considering the formation heterogeneity physical parameters such as oil layer thickness,porosity and permeability is established,and a wellbore thermal parameter calculation software including the optimization design of steam injection in horizontal section is compiled.The diameter and number of injection holes are optimized,and the steam injection pipe string is designed and applied to the steam injection operation of the well.The results of optical fiber test show that the design of injection valve is reasonable and the utilization degree of horizontal section is relatively uniform,which verifies the reliability of this method and provides guidance and basis for the evaluation of steam injection effect and optimization of process measures.Next,the injection distribution scheme will be further adjusted to ensure more balanced steam absorption in the horizontal section.
