摘 要:高频和超高频双频RFID标签既能完成近场(13.56MHz)数据交换,又能实现远场(860~960MHz)通信,具有巨大的市场潜力。本研究利用改进的惠勒公式设计了双频标签天线中的高频天线,以新型偶极子天线为原型,通过添加电感环结构来产生超高频信号,完成了双频标签天线的初始结构设计;针对传统仿真调参试验无法高效地确定双频天线的最佳尺寸参数问题,提出基于多种群遗传算法的双频标签天线优化设计方法。仿真结果表明:优化后的超高频天线在915MHz时的输入阻抗为(16.75+j349.9Ω)较为接近理想值(22.5+j349Ω),实现了与芯片良好的阻抗匹配;优化后的双频标签天线的尺寸为42mm×42mm×0.075mm,最大增益为1.4dB,与现有的双频标签天线尺寸相比,在小型化方面也有很大的提高。Dual-band high frequency and ultra-high frequency RFID tag can achieve both near-field(13.56MHz)data exchange and far-field(860-960MHz)communication,which has huge market potential.In this study,the high frequency antenna in dual-band tag antenna was designed by using the improved Wheeler formula,and a new type of dipole antenna was used to generate the UHF signal by adding an inductive loop structure,the initial structure design of dual-band tag antenna was completed.Aiming at the problem that the optimal size parameters of dual-band antenna cannot be determined efficiently by the traditional simulation parameter tuning experiment,an optimal design method of dual-band tag antenna based on multi-population genetic algorithm was proposed.The simulation results showed that the impedance of the optimized UHF tag antenna at 915MHz was 16.75+j349.9Ω,close to the ideal impedance of 22.5+j349Ω,and achieved good impedance matching with the chip.The size of the optimized dual-band tag antenna was 42mm×42mm×0.075mm,and the maximum gain was 1.4dB.Compared with the existing dual-band tag antenna size,the antenna is also greatly improved in miniaturization.
