摘 要:小贯小绿叶蝉是半翅目叶蝉科刺吸式口器昆虫,是茶园的主要害虫之一,高效快速的防治小贯小绿叶蝉对茶叶的产量和品质有重大意义。本研究采用刺吸电位仪记录,观察小贯小绿叶蝉在喷施不同药剂处理后的茶树枝上的取食特点,并进行分析。用甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂、噻虫嗪水分散粒剂、吡虫啉可湿性粉剂和氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂对新鲜茶树枝进行处理,每种药剂使用4个浓度,测试雌雄成虫取食差异。结果表明,小贯小绿叶蝉雌、雄成虫取食行为差异不大。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐刺探总次数显著少与对照组,差异显著(P=0.041)。药剂噻虫嗪刺探总次数较对照组少7次,差异显著(P=0.041)。药剂处理过后影响了小贯小绿叶蝉取食前刺探位置的选择,阻碍取食,减少了刺探次数的发生。吡虫啉F波周期数比对照组多12.95次,差异显著(P=0)。氟啶虫酰胺F波周期数,比对照组多6.2次,差异达显著水平(P=0.035)。说明药剂处理改变了小贯小绿叶蝉的取食行为,使其更多时间用于刺探。Empoasca onukii Matsuda is a piercing-sucking insect of the Hemiptera,one of the main pests in tea gardens.The efficient and rapid control of E.onukii is of great significance to the yield and quality of tea.In this study,the thorn-absorption potential instrument was used to record and observe the feeding characteristics of E.onukii Matsuda on the tea branches treated with different chemicals,and then analyzed.Fresh tea branches were treated with Methylamino abamectin benzoate microemulsion,Thiamethoxam water dispersible granules,Imidacloprid wettable powder and Flonicamid Water Dispersible Granules,each in 4 concentrations,to test feeding differences between male and female adults.The results showed that there was no significant difference in feeding behavior between female and male adults of E.onukii.The total number of Avermectin benzoate was significantly less than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P=0.041).The total number of probing times of thiamethoxam was 7 times less than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P=0.041).After the drug treatment,the choice of the probe position before feeding was affected,the feeding was hindered,and the occurrence of probes was reduced.The number of Imidacloprid wave cycles was 12.95 more than the control group,with a significant difference(P=0).The number of Flonicamid wave cycles was 6.2 more than the control group,reaching a significant level(P=0.035).This indicates that the feeding behavior of the E.onukii was changed to spend more time for stabbing.
