摘　　要：本文将从行政法研究的视角出发,认真分析我国农村环境污染防治存在的问题,针对所存在的问题而提出的关于完善农村环境污染防治的建议,希望对有效预防农村环境污染有所帮助。This paper will start from the perspective of administrative law research,seriously analyze the existing problems of Chinese rural environmental pollution prevention and control,in view of the existing problems and put forward suggestions on the improvement of rural environmental pollution prevention and control,hope to help the effective prevention of rural environmental pollution.
