摘　　要：城镇化的不断推进、惠农政策的不断出台,让土地价值不断增高,越来越多的农民意识到土地所包含的附加利益,产生更多的土地承包经营纠纷。为促进农村经济发展、维护农村社会秩序,如何保质保效的解决农村土地承包经营纠纷成为现阶段面临的主要问题。文章从土地承包经营纠纷的基本概况入手,发现纠纷具有类型多样、争议复杂、主体多元等特点。为更好的维护农民权益,我国在法律层面上已经规定了多种纠纷解决方式,但现有的解纷方式存在平行化、衔接不当以及缺乏合适的解纷模式等问题,建议通过构建适用于农村地区的解纷模式保证纠纷得到高质高效解决。With the continuous promotion of urbanization and the continuous introduction of policies to benefit farmers,the value of land continues to increase.More and more farmers realize the additional benefits contained in land,resulting in more disputes over land contract and management.In order to promote the development of rural economy and maintain rural social order,how to solve the quality of rural land contract management disputes has become the main problem at this stage.Starting with the basic situation of the disputes of land contract management,the paper finds that the disputes have the characteristics of various types,complex disputes and multiple subjects.In order to better safeguard the rights and interests of farmers,China has stipulated a variety of dispute resolution methods at the legal level,but the existing dispute resolution methods have problems such as parallel,improper connection and lack of appropriate dispute resolution mode.It is suggested that the dispute resolution mode is constructed to ensure the high-quality and efficient dispute resolution mode applicable to rural areas.
