调阳祛邪针法联合酒石酸唑吡坦片治疗不寐症的疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的:观察调阳祛邪针法联合酒石酸唑吡坦片治疗不寐症的临床疗效。方法:选择2021年5月—2021年12月在上海市中西医结合医院治疗的不寐症患者80例,采用SPSS25.0软件生成的随机数字将其随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予口服酒石酸唑吡坦片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用调阳祛邪针法治疗,两组均治疗4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿17项抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分变化。结果:两组的PSQI、HAMD-17、SDS、SAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组的降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调阳祛邪针法联合酒石酸唑吡坦片能较好地改善不寐症患者的睡眠状态,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,值得临床进一步研究和推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yang-regulating and pathogen-dispelling acupuncture combined with Zolpidem Tartrate Tablet in treatment of insomnia.Methods:80 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by SPSS25.0,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Zolpidem Tartrate Tablet;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Yang-regulating and pathogen-dispelling acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Index scale(PSQI),Hamilton 17-item depression scale(HAMD-17),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The scores of PSQI,HAMD-17,SDS and SAS were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yang-regulating and pathogen-dispelling acupuncture combined with Zolpidem Tartrate Tablet can improve sleep state,relieve anxiety,depression and other bad emotions of patients with insomnia,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
