摘  要:针刺治疗失眠被广泛应用于临床,通过针刺腧穴可以调节神经中枢代谢功能,但具体作用机制比较复杂。应用功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术可以从影像学角度研究针刺治疗失眠的脑响应区,进而对其中枢机制进行剖析。分析基于fMRI针刺治疗失眠的相关文献,发现主要集中在静息态及任务态fMRI方面,即血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像(bold-fMRI)脑激活区的研究。研究结果证实,认知、情绪调控相关脑区神经元被激活,达到治疗失眠的作用。本文对近些年代表性研究进行归纳总结,以期为后续针刺治疗失眠脑效应机制的探索提供参考。Acupuncture is clinically widely used in treatment of insomnia,needling acupoints can adjust the metabolic function of nerve center,and the specific mechanism is more complex.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology can be used to study the brain response area of acupuncture treatment for insomnia from the imaging perspective,and then to analyze its central mechanism.By analyzing relevant literature on acupuncture treating insomnia based on fMRI,it is found that it mainly focuses on resting state and task state fMRI,that is,blood oxygen level dependent-fMRI(BOLD-fMRI)study on brain activation area.It can be seen that the neurons of brain regions related to cognitive and emotional regulation are activated,which can achieve the effect of treating insomnia.This study summarized the representative studies in recent years to provide reference for the subsequent exploration of acupuncture mechanism in treating insomnia.
