黄连解毒汤内服外洗治疗湿热壅盛型小儿湿疹50例

摘　　要：目的观察黄连解毒汤加味内服外洗治疗湿热壅盛型小儿湿疹的临床效果。方法选用2021年3月—2021年10月,于天津市西青区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心就医的湿热壅盛型湿疹幼儿100例。随机分为治疗组、对照组。各50例。对照组口服盐酸西替利嗪,并结合外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,治疗组使用黄连解毒汤加减口服,配合外洗疗法。连续治疗3周,对比2组的观测结果,半年后做了电话随访。结果治疗组临床总有效率治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组复发率对比,的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论黄连解毒汤加减口服配合外洗治疗湿热壅盛型小儿湿疹的临床效果优于单纯使用西药组。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in treating infantile eczema of dampness-heat immersion type.Methods From March 2022 to October 2022,100 cases of infantile eczema of dampness-heat immersion type patients in Xiqing District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was externally coated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream and oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride,and the treatment group was orally treated with Huanglian Jiedu decoction and external washing.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks,lesion area,the clinical efficacy,symptom score changes and pruritus efficacy were observed after 3 weeks,and the recurrence rate was observed for half a year to understand the long-term efficacy.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in treating infantile eczema of dampness-heat immersion type is better than that of those who use western medicine alone.
