摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病发展的最终阶段,因具有并发症繁杂、高住院率、高病死率的特点,成为临床难治性疾病。针对慢性心力衰竭的中医发病机理陈波教授以中医气血水相关理论作为指导,认为气虚(阳虚)、水停津渗、瘀血阻滞、气耗阳脱发生于慢性心力衰竭不同阶段,在治疗上以益气(温阳)、利水行津、活血通络、固脱回阳为法,标本兼顾,针对慢性心力衰竭不同期分类治疗。本文总结了陈波教授以中医中药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床经验,并梳理其辨治规律。Chronic heart failure is the final stage of the development of various cardiovascular diseases. It becomes a clinically refractory disease due to its complicated complications, high hospitalization rate and high case fatality rate. For the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine, Professor Chen Bo, guided by the theories related to qi, blood and fluid in traditional Chinese medicine, believes that qi deficiency(yang deficiency), blood stasis and qi yang alopecia occur in different stages of chronic heart failure. In terms of treatment, the methods of invigorating qi(warming yang), invigorating water and promoting fluid, activating blood and regulating collaterals, and reinforcing and removing yang are taken into account, and the treatment is classified according to different periods of chronic heart failure. This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Chen Bo in treating chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine, and sorted out his syndrome differentiation and treatment rules.
