补肾填髓密骨方联合地舒单抗治疗骨折不愈合1例

摘  要:介绍运用补肾填髓密骨方联合地舒单抗(Denosumab)治疗老年女性骨折不愈合1例。补肾填髓密骨方在骨舒康颗粒(GSK)的基础上去黄瓜子、木耳加用续断、牛膝、鹿衔草、龟甲胶、鹿角胶益肾填髓、益气活血,改善患者肾虚等症状;地舒单抗可与核因子-kB受体活化因子配体(Receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand,RANKL)结合,抑制破骨细胞的形成、功能和存活,从而减少骨吸收,增加骨皮质和骨小梁的骨量和强度,中西医结合治疗,标本兼治,结果患者BMD、T值均有所增加,β-CTX、PINP、25羟维生素有所下降,骨折不愈合、肾虚疼痛等症状也得到改善。One patient with Bushen Tiansui Migu recipe bone combined with denosumab(denosumab)for fracture nonunion in elderly women was introduced.Bushen Tiansui Migu recipe bone on the basis of bone Gushukang granule(GSK)to remove yellow melon seeds,agaric plus continuation,cow knee,deer title grass,turtle nail glue,antler glue,benefit the kidney for pulp filling,invigorate qi and promote blood circulation,improve symptoms such as kidney deficiency.Denosumab can be ligand with the nuclear factor-kB receptor activation factor(receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(NF-B)ligand,RANKL)for binding,Supbits osteoclast formation,function and survival,thus reducing bone resorption,Increase bone mass and strength in bone cortex and trabecular,combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,address both the symptoms and root cause.The result showed that BMD and T values increased,theβ-CTX,PINP,25 hydroxyvitamins decreased,nonunion of fracture and clinical manifestations such as renal deficiency pain were also improved.
