舒筋活血汤对髌骨骨折术后早期康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察舒筋活血汤治疗以髌骨爪联合钛缆内固定的髌骨骨折患者术后早期康复的临床疗效。方法选取以髌骨爪联合钛缆内固定髌骨骨折的60例患者并将其分为2组,对照组进行常规康复功能锻炼,观察组在此基础上辅以口服舒筋活血汤治疗4周;对比2组术后的骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、术后不同时间段的膝关节活动度,膝关节功能bostman评分以及手术并发症情况。结果2组在骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间及术后3个月、6个月膝关节活动度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组膝关节功能优于对照组;Bostman评分优良率观察组优于对照组。结论舒筋活血汤治疗和非中药治疗以髌骨爪联合钛缆内固定的髌骨骨折患者术后早期康复的临床疗效均可取得满意的治疗效果,前者对术后膝关节的早期康复功能锻炼效果优于后者。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shujin Huoxue decoction for early postoperative rehabilitation of patients with patella fracture treated with patella claw combined with titanium cable internal fixation.Methods Sixty patients with patella fracture treated with patella claw combined with titanium cable internal fixation were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercises,and the observation group was treated with the Shujin Huoxue decoction for 4 weeks on this basis.The fracture healing time,full weight bearing time,and knee mobility in different time periods after surgery,knee joint function bostman score and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in fracture healing time,total weight-bearing time and knee motion 3 and 6 months after operation between the two groups(P<0.05),and the knee function of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Bostman score excellent and good rate of observation group was better than control group.Conclusion The clinical effect of the Shujin Huoxue decoction on early postoperative rehabilitation of patients with patella fractures treated with patella claw combined with titanium cable internal fixation can be satisfactory.The former has better effects on the early rehabilitation of postoperative knee joint functional exercise than the latter.
