摘  要:目的探析丹参、银杏提取物合用对高血脂症模型大鼠TG的临床作用。方法于2021年1月—2022年1月选取130只成年Wistar大鼠,给予饲养法建立高血脂症大鼠模型。按信封法将其随机分成对照组与合用组,各65只。所有大鼠经高脂饲料喂养5周后,对照组按5 ml/kg的比例使用生理盐水灌胃,合用组使用丹参、银杏提取物合用灌胃,持续灌胃15 d后测定2组大鼠体内TG等血脂指标水平。结果高血脂症模型大鼠经由丹参、银杏提取物合用治疗后,TG、TC、LDL-C等血脂指标水平均得到了明显降低,HDL-C水平得到了明显提升(P<0.05)。丹参、银杏提取物合用灌胃治疗后,第3天起出现降低血清TG的作用(P<0.05)。结论丹参、银杏提取物合用可以有效改善高血脂症模型大鼠血脂情况。Objective To explore the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ginkgo biloba extracts on triglyceride(TG)in hyperlipidemia model rats.Methods A total of 130 adult Wistar rats were selected from January 2012 to February 2012,and the hyperlipidemia rat model was established by feeding method.According to the envelope method,they were randomly divided into control group and combined group,with 65 cases in each group.All rats were fed high-fat diet for 5 weeks,and the control group was given normal saline at the ratio of 5 ml/kg,while the combined group was given salvia miltiorrhiza and ginkgo biloba extract.After continuous intragastric administration for 15 days,the levels of TG and other lipid indexes in the two groups were determined.Results After combined treatment with salvia miltiorrhiza and ginkgo biloba extract,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and other lipid indexes were significantly decreased,while the level of HDL-C was significantly increased(P<0.05).After combined treatment with salvia miltiorrhiza and ginkgo biloba extract,serum TG decreased on the third day(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of salvia miltiorrhiza and ginkgo biloba extract can effectively improve the lipid profile of hyperlipidemia model rats.
