扶正化瘀胶囊治疗持续病毒学应答后丙型肝炎肝硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析扶正化瘀胶囊对持续病毒学应答(SVR)后的丙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者的临床疗效。方法将60例丙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者随机分配,其中30例患者采取使用扶正化瘀胶囊治疗24周(治疗组);另30例患者不予药物治疗(对照组)。观察2组患者治疗前后的生化指标、血清学指标、肝脏硬度值、脂肪衰减值等。结果治疗组治疗后的血小板计数(PLT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)均低于治疗前,白蛋白(ALB)高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组肝纤维化血清学指标明显低于治疗后对照组(P<0.01),脂肪衰减数值2组治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义。结论扶正化瘀胶囊在持续病毒学应答后丙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期的临床治疗中具有良好的疗效,且安全性良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule on cirrhosis hepatitis C(CHC)patients in compensatory stage after sustained virologic response(SVR).Methods 60 cases of CHC patients were randomly and averagely divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group took Fuzheng Huayu capsule for 24 weeks.The control group did not receive medication.The live function,platelet,liver fibrosis serological index,Transient elastography levels were compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of PLT,ALT and AST were lower than before treatment,the levels of ALB was higher than that before treatment,in treatment group(P<0.05).The serological indexes of liver fibrosis after treatment:LN,HA,IV-C and liver hardness(LSM)were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01),and there had no difference in fat attenuation between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu capsule has good efficacy and safety in the compensatory stage of CHC after SVR.
