摘　　要：电热针是近年来研发的一种新型中医治疗手段,是传统温针灸的发展与创新。传统温针及电针刺激手段单一,而电热针治疗除基本的针刺刺激外,还具有脉冲电流与温热的双重刺激。该疗法的研发灵感与临床上电针温针联合应用疗法关系密切,此文通过整理相关文献,探讨临床上电针温针联合应用的合理性及其相关机制,从而阐明电热针的研发思路及其特点和治疗范围。Electric warming needles is a new therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. This therapy is a development and innovation of warm needle. Conventional acupuncture lacks various stimulation, but electric warming needles can stimulate body by pulse current and warm. Its research and development process is related with combined application of warm needle and electroacpuncture. By reviewing related references, the paper discussed rationality and mechanism of warm needle and electroacpuncture combination, and then elaborated design thinking, feature and therapeutic range of electric warming needles.
