逐瘀通脉汤联合微创手术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨逐瘀通脉汤联合微创手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取上海市松江区方塔中医医院普外科住院的100例下肢静脉曲张患者(2017年1月—2021年3月),随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组采用大隐静脉高位结扎+点状抽剥常规西医手术治疗,试验组在西医常规手术治疗基础上予逐瘀通脉方中药治疗。治疗2周后,对比2组的中医证候积分、CEAP分级、VCSS评分、临床疗效差异。结果与对照组相比,试验组在中医证候积分、CEAP分级、VCSS评分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逐瘀通脉汤联合大隐静脉高位结扎+点状抽剥微创手术能够有效改善下肢静脉曲张患者临床症状,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhuyu Tongmai decoction combined with minimally invasive surgery on varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods 100 patients with varicose veins of lower limbs(from January 2017 to March 2021)hospitalized in the general surgery department of Songjiang Branch of Shuguang Hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein and punctate stripping,while the experimental group was treated with self-made Zhuyu Tongmai decoction on the basis of western medicine.After two weeks of treatment,the differences of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,CEAP grade,VCSS score and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results TCM syndrome score,CEAP grading and VCSS score of experimental groups were significantly lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuyu Tongmai decoction combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein and punctate stripping minimally invasive surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with varicose veins of lower limbs and improve the clinical effect.
