摘　　要：茯苓杏仁甘草汤和旋覆花汤分别是《金匮要略》中治疗胸痹和肝着的经典方剂。吕翠霞教授继承并发扬张仲景经方思想,认为此两方均能通过调畅宗气和血脉以调畅心肺之气在胸中和体表的运行,故经常将两方合用于胸痹等心系疾病和某些皮肤病的治疗,每获良效。故此,笔者整理吕翠霞教授合用茯苓杏仁甘草汤与旋覆花汤的经验并附验案几则,以飨同道。Fuling Xingren Gancao decoction and Xuanfuhua decoction are classic prescriptions for treating chest pain and liver pain in Zhang Zhongjing’s Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. Professor Lyu Cuixia inherits and carries forward Zhang Zhongjing’s thought of classical prescriptions, and believes that both of them can smooth the movement of the heart and lung qi in the chest and on the body surface by regulating the blood vessels and the blood vessels. Therefore, they are often used together to treat the heart diseases such as chest obstruction and some skin diseases, and have obtained obvious and definite curative effects. Therefore, the author summarized the experience of Professor Lyu Cuixia in combining Fuling Xingren Gancao decoction and Xuanfuhua decoction, and attached several cases.
