摘  要:黑龙江省中医医院研究生导师刘娜教授为第六批全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承人,从事中医药防治慢性肾脏病的临床科研及肾脏病理诊断工作13年,擅长运用中医临床思维以中医经典理论为切入点治疗内科相关疾病。笔者有幸随诊2年,亲睹刘娜教授运用升阳除湿法治疗虚劳,疗效甚佳。此文从刘娜教授辨证治疗虚劳的1则典型医案着手,浅析刘娜教授对于虚劳独到的辨证思维方式以及选方用药的经验。Professor Na Liu, postgraduate tutor of Heilongjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is the successor of the sixth batch of national renowned traditional Chinese medicine experts with academic experience. She has been engaged in the scientific research on the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine and the diagnosis of clinical and renal pathology for 13 years. She is good at treating diseases related to internal medicine with traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking and traditional Chinese medicine classical theory as the breakthrough point. The author had the honor to follow up for 2 years, and witnessed teacher Liu Na’s application of ascending yang dehumidification method in the treatment of exhaustion, and the curative effect is very good. This article starts from a typical case of Professor Liu Na’s syndrome differentiation treatment of exhaustion, and analyzes Professor Liu Na’s unique syndrome differentiation thinking mode and prescription selection experience for exhaustion. Now we will introduce the understanding of diagnosis as follows.
