穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽在中老年高血压病护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽在中老年高血压病患者护理中的应用。方法将81例中老年高血压病患者运用Excel随机分组法分成对照组和观察组,41例对照组给予常规药物治疗和护理,40例观察组于上述基础给予穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽护理,比较2组血压控制情况、中医证候积分、并发症以及生活质量。结果观察组护理4周和6周后血压值以及护理前后血压下降值均低于/高于对照组(P<0.05),眩晕、烦躁易怒等中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未出现高血压并发症。结论穴位贴敷联合耳穴埋籽在中老年高血压病患者护理中具有较好效果,可控制血压水平,缓解眩晕等症状,提高患者生活质量,对防止高血压病病情进展有积极意义。Objective To explore the application of acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing in the nursing of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 81 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group by Excel method.41 patients in the control group were given conventional drug treatment and nursing,and 40 patients in the observation group were given acupoint sticking combined with auricular point pressing nursing on the above basis.The blood pressure control,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The blood pressure after 4 and 6 weeks of nursing and the blood pressure drop value before and after nursing of the observation group were lower/higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score of vertigo,irritability and irritability of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no hypertension complications in both groups.Conclusion Acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing has a good effect in the nursing of middle-aged and elderly patients with hypertension,which can control blood pressure level,relieve vertigo and other symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and has positive significance in preventing the progression of hypertension.
