摘 要:近年来,在神经系统可塑性以及神经再生方面的研究证实,神经干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,在特定条件下具有诱导分化为新的神经元的功能,以弥补局部发生损伤后神经的缺失、修复受损神经的相关功能。神经元发挥作用在很大程度上取决于神经干细胞分化为神经元的能力与水平。中药血清药理学作为一种广泛应用于体外实验来探究中药进入体内后反应的实验技术,既可反映药物的代谢水平,又可观察其对机体的影响。因此,此文主要研究中药含药血清诱导神经干细胞定向分化的机制及意义,为中药在神经干细胞诱导分化的研究上提供理论依据,为进一步推广中药药理学在体外研究技术方面提供思路。In recent years, studies on nervous system plasticity and nerve regeneration have confirmed that neural stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation. Under specific conditions, it has the function of inducing differentiation into new neurons, so as to compensate for the loss of nerves after local injury and to repair the related functions of damaged nerves. The function of neurons depends to a large extent on the ability and level of neural stem cells to differentiate into neurons. As an experimental technique widely used in in vitro experiments to explore the reactions of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) in vivo, serum pharmacology of TCM can not only reflect the metabolism of drugs, but also observe their effects on the body. Therefore, this paper mainly studied the mechanism and significance of the directional differentiation of neural stem cells induced by TCM containing serum, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of neural stem cells induced differentiation by TCM, and provides ideas for further promoting the in vitro research technology of Chinese medicine pharmacology.
