摘  要:为了研究不同朝天椒品种综合性状的差异,筛选朝天椒新品种,对40份辣椒品种的14个性状进行差异性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,品种间性状差异较大,变异系数范围为8.66%~57.76%;辣椒性状间存在着较显著的相关性;通过主成分分析发现H2143的综合评价得分最高,珠农38号的综合评价得分次之,说明二者综合表现好,适应能力较强;泰美簇生9号的综合评价得分最低,说明其14个性状的综合表现较差,适应能力较差;通过聚类分析把40份辣椒品种分为4个类群,第一类既适合做干椒亦可以做鲜椒,第二类是普通朝天椒类型,第三类是辣椒素专用类型,第四类是大果类型。综上所述,H2143、珠农38号、红海、江宝劲霸、314朝天椒、楚龙182、白指天椒等7个品种综合表现良好。In order to explore the difference in the comprehensive quality of different pepper varieties,40 pepper varieties were analyzed for their 14 traits to investigate genetic diversity of agronomic traits with genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were rich genetic diversities.Coefficient of variation of quantitative traits ranged from 8.66%to 57.76%.There was a high correlation between the morphological characteristics of pepper.It was found the comprehensive evaluation of H2143 was higher,Zhunong No.38 was second,the comprehensive quality traits were the better,indicating that H2143,Zhunong No.38 had relatively strong ability to adapt to the ecological environment in Henan.The comprehensive evaluation of Taimeicusheng No.9 was the lowest,and its comprehensive quality traits were the worst,indicating that Taimeicusheng No.9 had relatively weak ability to adapt to the ecological environment in Henan.Cluster analysis divided 40 pepper varieties into 4 classes.The first class could be used as fresh and dried pepper.The second class has 7 cultivars which were ordinary pod pepper.The third class has 20 cultivars which were characterized by high capsaicin content.The fourth class has 9 cultivars which were big fruit.In conclusion,H2143,Zhunong No.38,Honghai,Jiangbaojinba,314 chaotianjiao,Chulong 182,Baizhitianjiao performed well overall.
