摘　　要：总结“三只手”特别是“第三只手”调节经济的力量组成与功能划分;深入探析“市场之手”“政府之手”“第三只手”用力的隐性与显性作用机理,着力探讨其驱力来源、力量组成、主要目标、运行规律等,对于我们深刻认知“三只手”调节经济的力量构造,并在实践中主动应用“三只手”调节经济的手段与方法,意义重要。“三只手”调节经济的理论与方法,必将成为在市场经济实践中、充分展示社会主义制度优越性“中国之治”的璀璨亮点。In order to deeply understand the power structure of the“three hands”regulating the economy and to actively apply the means and methods of the“three hands”in regulating the economy in practice,it is both important and necessary to 1)sum up the power composition and the division of function of the“three hands”,especially the“third hand”,in regulating economic development;2)analyze the operating laws of the interplay of recessive and dominant forces driven by the“market hand”,the“government hand”and the“third hand”;and 3)gain a deeper insight into the power source,power composition,main target,and operating law of the“three hands”.The theory and method of the“three hands”in economic regulation will surely become a bright spot in the practice of market economy and will fully demonstrate the superiority of the socialist system hailed as“governance of China”.
