摘 要:保障校园安全是学校工作中的一项重要内容,建立校警联动机制是新时期建设平安校园的应有之义、势在必行。当前对校警联动机制研究大多集中在一般性宏观构想和实践价值,忽视了其自身所具有的独特属性——情感特质。不同于体制、价值、利益等,基于情感路径构建校警联动机制,有助于提升成员自主能动性,创新组织运行机理。In the new vision of "Peaceful China initiative", ensuring school safety has become an important part of school work, and the establishment of a school-police linkage mechanism is an imperative for building safe schools in the new era. Most of the current studies on school-police linkage mechanism focus on general macro-concepts and practical values, ignoring its own unique attribute-emotional qualities.The emotional path, as a new perspective, is different from the institutional, value and interest paths in the construction of the school-police linkage mechanism, which helps to enhance the members’ autonomous motivation and innovate the organizational operation mechanism.
