摘 要:针对商业卫星锂离子蓄电池管理系统的智能化、低成本、高可靠的特点,提出一种基于三端稳压器的锂离子电池均衡方法,其均衡电流、均衡开启电压及斜率可通过三端稳压芯片外围电路进行调节。此均衡电路可以用于单节电池的均衡,也可支持多级级联,从而能够支持任意节电池组成的电池组的均衡。经仿真和实验验证,此电路对单体电池电压的均衡精度小于15 mV,其结构简单、成本低、体积小、可靠性高,能够满足低轨商业卫星锂离子蓄电池组的管理需求。A method of lithium equalization with three-terminal voltage regulator was raised,based on the characters of intelligent,low-cost,high reality for lithium-ion battery management system of commercial satellite.The equalizing current,equalizing open voltage and slope could be adjusted by three terminal regulator chip peripheral circuit.The equalization circuit could be used for equalization of a single battery,or could support multi-cascade,so as to support the equalization of any battery pack.The advantages of circuit structure were simple,low-cost,small sized and high reality.According to simulation and experiment validation,the impact of the circuit is that the accuracy of equalization of the single battery voltage is less than 15 mV.It will satisfy the requirements of lithium-ion battery packs for low orbit commercial satellites.
