摘  要:采用浓硫酸作为浸取酸,双氧水作为还原剂,从镍钴锰氢氧化物制备过程所产生的报废物料回收镍钴锰氢氧化物,并研究了废料和浓硫酸的质量配比、初始酸度、反应温度、反应时间等对镍钴锰氢氧化物回收率的影响。结果表明,反应时间在30~50 min,反应温度在50~60℃、采用98%的初始硫酸浓度以及液固比5∶1,镍钴锰氢氧化物回收率超过99%。Using concentrated sulfuric acid as leaching acid and hydrogen peroxide as reducing agent,nickelcobalt-manganese hydroxide was recovered from waste materials produced by the preparation process of nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide.The recovery rate of nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide were studied as mass ratio of waste and concentrated sulfuric acid,initial acidity,reaction temperature,reaction time.The results show that the recovery rate of nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide exceeds 98%during 30-50 min of the reaction time,50-60℃of the reaction temperature,98%of the sulfuric acid concentration and 5∶1 of the liquid-solid ratio.
