摘 要:以(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09)固溶体合金为研究对象,通过掺杂Sb元素来降低载流子浓度,探索Sb元素含量对(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09)材料热电性能的影响机制,提升材料热电性能。通过熔炼、真空热压、退火结合工艺制备了一系列(GeTe)_(0.91-x)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)x材料样品,对其热电性能进行表征和研究。结果表明:掺杂Sb元素后,成分为(GeTe)_(0.85)-(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06)材料热电性能最好,其ZT值在773 K条件下可达到1.65。将(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09)材料和(GeTe)_(0.85)-(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06)材料制成温差电单偶,测试单偶的热电转换效率,(GeTe)_(0.85)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06)材料单偶的热电转换效率可达(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09)材料单偶的201.5%。(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09) solid-solution alloy was taken as the research object,the carrier concentration was reduced by Sb element doping,the influence mechanism of Sb element content on the thermoelectric properties of(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09) material was studied,and the thermoelectric properties of the material were improved.A series of(GeTe)_(0.91-x)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)x samples were prepared by melting,vacuum hot pressing and annealing,and their thermoelectric properties were characterized and studied.The results show that after doping Sb,the material with composition of(GeTe)_(0.85)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06) has the best thermoelectric properties,and its ZT value can reach 1.65 at 773 K.The thermoelectric single couple was made of(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09) material and(GeTe)_(0.85)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06) material.The thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the single couple was tested.The thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the single couple of(GeTe)_(0.85)(PbTe)_(0.09)(SbTe)_(0.06) material reaches 201.5%of(GeTe)_(0.91)(PbTe)_(0.09) material.
