摘 要:本文利用热分解法制备了一种小尺寸、高结晶、单分散Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒,在其表面进行功能化后通过相转移方法分散到全氟聚醚中,制备了不同固液比值的全氟聚醚磁性流体。利用XRD、TEM和振动样品磁强计对Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒进行了表征,对不同固液比值磁性流体的黏度、比重、饱和磁化强度等性能进行对比测试分析,发现随着固液比值的增大,上述值均相应变大,当固液比为0.6时达到最大值,且有很好的稳定性。该磁性流体可应用于活性气体动密封等领域中。In this paper,a small size,high crystal,monodisperse Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles were prepared by thermal decomposition method,and perfluoropolyether magnetic fluid with different solid-to-liquid ratio was prepared by functionalization on its surface and phase transfer method.XRD,TEM and vibrating sample magnetometer were used for characterization,and the viscosity,specific gravity and saturation magnetization of magnetic fluids with different solid-liquid ratios were compared.It was found that the above values increased with the increase of solid-toliquid ratios.The maximum value is reached when the solid-to-liquid ratio is 0.6,and has very good stability.It can be used in the field of active gas dynamic seal.
