摘 要:建立了检测聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料中Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn、Fe、Mn 6种重金属的原子吸收光谱法。选用HNO3/H2O2体系对试样进行微波消解前处理,采用有证标准物质完成标准曲线的绘制并进行全程质量控制。结果表明,各元素标准曲线均呈现良好的线性关系。方法检出限在0.009~0.125μg·g^(-1)范围内,加标回收率为85.9%~107.3%,精密度(RSD%)在2.33%~5.25%之间。该方法可操作性强、灵敏度较高,可广泛用于PET塑料材料中重金属的快速检测。A method for the determination of Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn,Fe,Mn 6 heavy metals in polyethylene terephthalate(PET)materials by AAs was developed.The samples were processed in HNO3/H2O2system by microwave digestion.Use the certified standard material to complete the drawing of the standard curve and the quality control was carried out throughout the whole process.The results showed that the standard curves of each element showed a good linear relationship.The detection limits of the method were in the range of 0.009~0.125μg·g^(-1).The standard recoveries were in the range of 85.9%~107.3%,and the precisions(RSD%)were in the range of 2.33%~5.25%.This method has high operability and sensitivity,and can be widely used for rapid detection of heavy metals in PET plastic materials.
